The Rossini Suite

Dined at the Prime Cuts on Friday with a friend for my birthday and what can I say - it was the best meal I've ever had.
The canapés were incredible (smoked salmon roulade on a mini homemade oatcake & fudge brownie) the freshly baked bread was amazing (served with balsamic viniger and butter).
The chateaubriand was out of this world and cooked to perfection and was the best steak I've ever had. Would thoroughly recommend The Prime Cuts to everyone. Can't wait to come back! 5 stars!
