The Prime Cuts Restaurant was founded in 2007 by Stephen Dillon longtime chef and restaurateur, and….lover of a great steak and lobster. What better place than Aberdeen, Scotland being the home of Aberdeen Angus beef and North Sea lobster, to open this unique steak and lobster venue. The restaurant is themed as an old fashion New York Steak and Lobster House with a modern and stylish feel.
“What’s a great Steak without a great Wine?” Stephen prides himself on working hard to provide a great selection of wines, as well as a range of single malt whisky, keeping in the great local tradition.

At The Prime Cuts, we source the very best local beef that we can find. Dry aged for 28 days, the prime cuts of local beef are prepared to our specifications, maximising the flavour and tenderness of our steaks. So tender that we don't even have steak knives!
